Client: Cañada College
A brochure was required to promote a program called Project change at Cañada College. The double-sided brochure incorporates colors and style from Cañada College’s Style Guide. Along with color, fonts such as those from the Helvetica and Franklin Gothic families were used.
Function Package
Client: Kalamunda-Hotel
Kalamunda-Hotel is a pub with a rich history dating back to 1902. It has had many uses over the decades, thus when the manager came to us looking for a function booklet, it made sense to capture the character of the venue in the design. I incorporated a vintage style and interior décor by using colors and wood grains found throughout the establishment. The final product gives a warm inviting feeling accompanied by an authentic appeal only a long history could back up.
Promotional Prints
Client: Hyde Park Hotel
I created a quirky character for each food special of the week at the Hyde Park Hotel, located in Perth, Australia. These promotional flyers were later used on external signage which were on display for customers in the parking lot.
When Hyde Park Hotel came back to us for a new poster design a year later, I was called out to the venue to take photos of the new menu items which later became part of the new promotional design.
Food & Entertainment Posters
Client: The Como
The Como has a strong retro theme and thus I created a bright set of designs with a reoccurring style. The design style was used on large 3m x 2m banners right down to DL sized flyers.
Event and Competition Posters
Client: The Greenwood
The Greenwood is located north of Perth and is known for it’s great food and entertainment. Poster designs are created with a combination of supplied images and stock images.
Restaurant Food Posters
Client: Highway Hotel
Highway Hotel required posters and a flyer created for their restaurant. Photos used to create this poster came from both stock sites and a previous photo-shoot that I conducted.
Entertainment Posters
Client: Belmont Tavern
The Belmont hosts an array of live entertainment at their tavern. I created two posters to promote their entertainment lineup from supplied black and white photos of band members.
Melbourne Cup Day
Client: Kalamunda-Hotel
Melbourne Cup is by far the most-watched horse race of the year for many Australians! Kalamunda-Hotel requested the theme of the poster to be vintage in style. Check out the original stock image and the effects created with Adobe Photoshop to achieve the vintage look. A slight tilt of the original and a greater feeling of endearment is achieved with the pose.
